Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged or lost shipments.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on most products. To request a refund, contact us at returns@noraschoice.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number.

A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns under our money-back guarantee. You are not required to return the product — you may keep it. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Free gifts, samples, and items marked "final sale" are not eligible for return or refund. For damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
